Leading expert in powder coating
The Qianjiang Powder Technology Center currently has 2 professor level senior engineers, 6 senior engineers, and 50 technical personnel. In close collaboration with the Particle Technology Research Center of Xi'an Dalu University in Canada and the Royal Canadian Academy of Sciences, Jointly establish the Xidun Qianjiang Powder Paint Research Institute, with Professor Tu Zhujingxu from the Canadian Academy of Engineering serving as the dean, Famous powder coating expert Nan Renzhi serves as the technical consultant.

Wei Yufu Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio


The studio is led by powder coating expert and general manager of Huajiang Powder, Wei Yufu, with renowned powder coating expert Nan Renzhi serving as the technical consultant. It has gathered 19 technical backbones in the company's powder coating industry, including 2 senior professional titles and 3 intermediate professional titles, all of whom have bachelor's degrees or above. Several research backbones are professional coating R&D personnel from the Coatings Industry Research Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. The studio provides strong technical support for the company to develop new products, enhance technological innovation capabilities and product technological content, and improve the company's core competitiveness. The company has jointly established a powder coating research and development center with Hefei University of Technology, and has also established industry university research cooperation bases and internship bases for college and graduate students with South China University of Technology, Lanzhou City University, and Zhaoqing University. The company actively participates in cross-border exchanges and maintains long-term strategic partnerships with multinational companies such as BioNTech, DSM, DuPont, BASF, Bayer, and CYTEC in areas such as raw material technology, industry development trends, and solutions to industry bottlenecks.
